TERMS & CONDITIONS 
 
TRADE TERMS:   
For order F.O.B. Hong Kong.        
 
DELIVERY LEAD TIME:
2-4 weeks after order confirmation and after receipt of L/C or T/T payment.

PAYMENT TERMS:
For order, payment by T/T in advance. 
 
DOCUMENT PROVIDED upon request:
Either "Certificate of Origin - Re-export" or "Certificate of Origin - The People's Republic of China" will be provided on request. 
 
PRODUCT LABEL:
Factory Standard Label: Standard Label
Customer Private Label: All artwork, film and printing costs are to be paid by customer.
(minimum printing order is 2K per model)       
 
PACKING:
Standard Packing: Standard White Paper Box
Standard Blister Packing: USD 0.20/set, with our standard color card
* All moulding and tooling charges for customer special packaging will be on customer account.
Customer color card: All artwork, film and printing costs are to be absorbed by customer.
(Minimum printing order is 3K per model.)
 
 

WARRANTY:


1.The product warranty period is 1 year ,  under circumstance of being used properly.

2.We hereby warrant that our products have normal defect ratio 0-2%. 

3. If a single item’s defect rate is beyond 2%.
That will be seen as our quality anomaly; and all defective products will be returned for replacement with new ones, 
the return freight to be borne by clients,and the back freight done by us. 

4.Defective batteries with defect ratio within 2%. 
* No need to return and replace. Just refund clients by means of subsidy. 
* Refund rate: 3% 
* Refund amount: monthly total order amount x 3% 
* The subsidized: the clients with currently monthly orders totaling over US$1,000 
* Refund time: in the first order for next month  

5.With the new policy base on our normal defect ratio 0 to 2%
- You don’t need to return the defected batteries to us for replacing new, instead we will refund cash for you.
- You will receive cash refund at 3% of the total amount of your monthly order,exclude non battery ,freight and other cost.
- The amount of cash refund will be deducted from your first order next month.
-The subsidized: the clients with currently monthly orders totaling over US$1,000
- In the unlikely event that the defect ratio is over 2%, we will have to ask you to return all defective batteries. 
   We will replace new ones for you and we will contribute  back freight cost.
