High rate discharge lithium battery has obvious advantages comparing with already over 100 years lead acid and recently used AGM battery, like with same capacity, Lithium battery CCA is 1.5 times of lead acid battery, while weight is only 30%, and life cycle is 3 to 5 times. Our product used high rate cell to realize many functions via BMS like: in extreme low temperature environment, the hardware version lithium car battery can only be functioning via high cost cell for low temperature. While for software version lithium battery has not the same demand for low temp cell, as it can realize preheating function by BMS formula to activate and protect battery during start and usage period, hence to save cost.
In addition, our software version lithium car start battery has another difference with traditional lead acid battery esp. When big current charging from car engine, the BMS can manage the current to avoid shock to the battery.
