Steps of old & new battery pack check before installed into car
Case: Oman
Lexus ES300H battery 17 modules
After 2 years use, using diagnose machine to check all 17 modules voltage. Compared with other green bars, the 2 modules (no. 7 and no. 15) in yellow have obvious low voltage, indicates battery module damage.

Solution:
To replace the damaged no. 7 and no. 15 modules by 2 new modules.
If there is no any treatment and installing the battery modules directly into car, the car system will test unbalance of old and new battery modules, issuing warning / error code: P0A08.

Correct measure: to have all old and new battery modules reconditioned to balanced voltage before installing into car.
Working steps:
1. to get all battery modules discharged to 12v,
2. to place the battery modules for 10 minutes without any action,
3. to charge all the battery modules with 5A current for 40 minutes,
4. to place all the battery modules for at least 12 hours without any action,
5. to check if the voltage difference of each battery module is less than 100mv then it can be installed in the car.
6. if the voltage difference is larger than 100mv, then reassign modules for the test. .
